Finding a place to gather without sacrificing quality time with others or in quiet reflection can be difficult. Distractions from your day to day life and all that goes into planning an event, camp, or retreat quickly become stressful and all consuming.
Let us take the pressure off you. We want all our guests to experience the joy, peace, and refreshment that comes with spending time with God from the moment they reserve their stay until long after they leave. Our staff is onsite year-round and available to help with meals, activities, and even transportation to nearby attractions. So you can focus on the important stuff: spending time with your people and enjoying God’s creation.
Camp Quaker Heights is a Christ-centered camping and retreat center where people of all ages and walks of life can come experience God. Established in 1948 by a group of Quaker Men in Iowa Yearly Meeting, we’ve come a long way since our early years camping in tents and gathering under the shade trees. Today, the grounds span more than 65 acres overlooking the scenic Iowa River on one side and neighboring the picturesque Pine Lake State Park on the other.
In alignment with our roots, we embody the Quaker values of Simplicity, Peace, Integrity, Community, Equality, and Stewardship.
